Every piece created under Emer Whelan Art is crafted with care, intention, and individuality. Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any artwork once a purchase has been completed.

Please take a moment to review all product details, sizes, and photos before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, I’m always happy to help guide you.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the piece itself. I’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a repair or a replacement where possible.

Email vouchers and digital products are also non-refundable.
