Shipping policy

All pieces from Emer Whelan Art are created with care, packed securely, and sent from Galway, Ireland. Each order is prepared by hand, so shipping times may vary slightly depending on the piece and the level of detail involved.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3–7 working days. Custom pieces or larger works may require additional time; if so, you’ll be updated as your piece moves through the studio.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via trusted Irish and international couriers, with tracking provided where available. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.

International Orders

I gladly ship worldwide. Please note that customs charges or import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your parcel is delayed, I’ll help track it with the courier. Lost packages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, always with the aim of finding the best outcome for you.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece so I can arrange a repair or replacement where possible.

Digital items and email vouchers are delivered instantly and involve no shipping fees.
